    Hi UpdraftPlus support team,

    I am getting very frustrated with your product.
    I renewed my license, and I also purchased the One-Drive Add-on.
    However,I am not able to use it.
    The message shows up over and over again, and when click the link – it takes me back to the same page, and shows me the same message.

    Hope you guys can help!!

    What message are you seeing Nissar?
    Just wondering Nissar which version of OneDrive are you trying to connect to? ST+ only connects to OD personal and not ODfB!

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay.

    Could you temporarily disable all the other plugins on the site and then click the link?

    The link should take you to the OneDrive signin page, where you can continue the auth process.
