Full backup data not showing on new site

I am using the paid Updraft Plus Migrator tool. On the site from which I want to migrate the data, a backup was completed. The backup data shown includes Database, Plugins, Themes, Uploads and Others.

However, when I go to the site in which I am trying to migrate the data and look at my backups, the only backup data shown is Database.

I previously tried to migrate and it looks like it migrated almost everything EXCEPT uploads (which is a huge part of my site).

Why isn’t my full backup being shown on the site in which I need to migrate the data? I’m not sure what I should do here.

Hi,

Can you try to click on the “rescan local backups” link to update your backup list?

If there is no change, please can you send us a copy of the backup log?
