Google drive issue

Hi, I followed updraftplus instructions to the letter, and when final authentication started I received this error:
“Bad response when contacting Google: SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK. Details: error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed.”

Could you tell me how to fix?
