How can I "de-attach" the premium addon from certain sites?

Hi,
I have a working 10 site premium license.

But it has been attached to certain sites of mine that are no longer even working now.

How do I “free” them?

1) I could not find an answer to my question in the 100+ questions on that page.

2) Isn’t this a little weird you are making a paying customer jump hoops to find an answer you already have?

3) Yes, jump hoops, because there IS NO SEARCH option in this forum list (FYI the generic search icon search thingy at the top is broken).

4) EVEN if there is an option available at the customer end to “de-attach” some licenses from sites where updraft premium is installed, how to do it if the domains themselves have expired?

Please, can you not give a straight answer as to how to solve this?

Hi,

UpdraftPlus Premium licences are non-transferable between sites. As such, they can not usually be unassigned from a site. However, we can manually unassign your licences for you as a courtesy.

We cannot do this through the forums. Please could you open a support ticket through our Customer Support Form? On the linked page, click the ‘search’ button without entering any search term, and the form will be displayed.
