For many types of problems (including almost all backup or restore problems), we will ask to see your log file. So, to save time, you should link it in the initial request. To do that:
1) Open the log file on your computer using a button in the UpdraftPlus settings page (or, if you can’t access your settings page, use your web hosting file manager or use FTP to download it from the folder wp-content/updraft
in your WordPress install).
2) Go to https://www.pastebin.com
3) Copy and paste your log file there, note the link you are given, and then paste that link in your support topic.
If the log file is longer than fits into a single pastebin post, then you can cut it into multiple parts.
