As of the last few days – 2 of the 10 sites I backup to OneDrive are coming back with errors, and the backup is not sent to OnDrive – the other 8 seem okay so far:
Error message: An error response was received; HTTP code: 400
0061.038 (0) An error condition has occurred for the first time during this job
0061.039 (0) Error data (cloudflare_block): O:8:”stdClass”:2:{s:5:”error”;s:13:”invalid_grant”;s:17:”error_description”;s:162:”The user could not be authenticated or the grant is expired. The user must first sign in and if needed grant the client application access to the requested scope.”;}This implies it’s not authenticated, but on the UP settings page all looks okay. I haven’t changed anything – plus I’m not using cloudflare?
Plugin version is: 2.13.7.21 (updated to that about 5 days ago)

Could you try to re-authenticate your OneDrive remote storage please?
To re-authenticate, you just need to click on the link that says “After you have saved your settings (by clicking ‘Save Changes’ below), then come back here once and click this link to complete authentication with OneDrive.”. This should redirect you to a new page and make sure you are also logged in to your OneDrive account.
After you are redirected backup to your site, please click on “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page to make sure that the changes are saved properly.

September 26, 2017 at 8:30 pm #231887DavidParticipantI am getting the exact same error message. I have Google Drive and Microsoft One Drive remote backups. Google seems to be fine. One Drive has failed the last three times with my once weekly backups.
When I try to reauthenticate,I just get this from Microsoft’s site:
“We’re unable to complete your request
Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later.”I am logged into my One Drive account. One thing I noticed is that a second Updraft folder with backups in it evidently appeared recently in my One Drive account. It has only 6MB of stuff, whereas my main folder has 1.33GB. It says Date Modified 5/31/2016, but the oldest file in the folder is only from 8/13/2017. Maybe that folder has been around since 2016 and I just forgot, or deleted some backups in it. I don’t know. It seems to be splitting backups between these two folders (i.e. all the desired backed-up folders are there, just not in the same One Drive folder…at least for the backups that succeeded).
Seems strange this happened to Adam also in the same timeframe.

Please could you update to the latest version of UpdraftPlus, and attempt the authentication again?
If you come to the same error page, please could you send us a copy of the full URL?Were you previously using your own OneDrive app to connect UpdraftPlus to your account?

I don’t think I used my own OneDrive app. I would have followed whatever simplest directions were sent to me at the time of purchase.
The two folders in my OneDrive account are named
“UpdraftPlus Backups” (5.81MB)
“UpdraftPlus+Backups” (1.33GB)The folder I have listed for OneDrive in my plugin settings is “UpdraftPlus Backups”. Strange that this is the one with only 5.81MB.
Maybe there is a way I can just start completely over and delete the existing folders or something?

I just accidentally broke my Google Drive backup, and it would not authenticate again until I fixed the url to be https instead of http. I did switch my site from http to https maybe like a year go. Maybe that did something to trigger the creation of a new folder, etc?
September 28, 2017 at 3:09 am #232147DavidParticipantAh, that was it. I followed the link to go to my OneDrive console, and I changed the url from http to https. That fixed it. All good now. And it all went into the 1 folder I actually specified, instead of getting split into two folders this time.

Apologies for the delay in replying. Glad that it is now working.
Both OneDrive and Google Drive no longer accept connections from non-https addresses, as a security measure.
