Hello,
i recently have bought the Migrator Add-on so i can migrate my wordpress blog to another host.
First i did a backup in the old blog (8x .zip files – *db, *other, *plugins, *themes, *uploads, *uploads2, *uploads3 and *uploads4) with a total of 429Mb.After i installed the .zip updraft plugin with the migrator addon on the new blog and when i got the pluging so i could load the respective backups i got a error when loading two of them (*uploads and uploads2). The error message say: “Loading error (code -200):HTTP error. Make sure you are trying to load a file previously made with updraftplus)”

Can you please explain to me why this is happening?
Thanks in advance for your help

Most likely, your destination website has run out of disk space in the web hosting account – so, check that.

In fact, for sure that isnt the problem because i just have installed a brand new wordpress on the new host. I checked it already on my cPanel and i got 330,15 / 100 GB on disk capacity…I need to migrate from FreeHostingNoAds to GoDaddy…
Any other tip?
Thanks again

November 27, 2015 at 3:51 pm #135518udadminKeymasterHi,
The error is a general one, and means that there was an error when trying to write the uploaded data. (Disk being full is just the most likely cause).
To work around this, you can cut out WP/UD entirely from this stage, and use FTP. Upload the zips into wp-content/updraft by FTP. Then, in UD, press the ‘rescan local storage’ link in the ‘Existing Backups’ tab, and UD will pick them up. (Then you’ll need to press the ‘restore’ button to restore them).

November 27, 2015 at 9:53 pm #135558kelsinniParticipantHello again David,
i have done as you said. All the files were copied by FTP to wp-content/updraft and then made a full restore (db, plugins, themes, etc). After some seconds and when i tought all were going to be ok i got a error message saying:
“Internal Server ErrorThe server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”
Im affraid that im not getting too many luck with this process…:(
The log file can explain what is happening? Where can i get it?
Thanks once more
Celso

The UpdraftPlus log file is in wp-content/updraft.
The Apache and PHP log files (which will record why the server raised the Internal Error) aren’t found in any one location, but depend on the server – you’ll need to ask the server administrator.
