Dear sir/madam. Yeasterday I decided to go ahead based on your aggressive marketing of UpDraft Plus Premium on my site. I succeeded to pay. Then I followed the link according to your instructions. When I opened the UpDraft Plus again I did not see any difference to the previous which I expected to be “no Premium”-version. I did not see any sign of the promised new addons either.
Now I check my old bills and recognised having paid and bought the Premium already 11 months ago.
Questions:
1. How do I get refund of partly double payment.
2. Why do you keep marketing for me a product upgrade which I already have. There is no visual sign of having “Premium”.
3. How do you guarantee that you do not invoice from my credit card further on the both orders?
I am confused an angry. I consider UpDraftPlus a good product for me but now you have been doing a lousy marketing, unfair and not honest.
