I want my money back or help me for real

Either refund my $25 for offering me UpdraftPlus or help me have backups. They are all “error” every time. I am willing to pay the $70 a year for the Premium services if you refund me the $25 I paid for the UpdraftPlus. But I need your UpdraftPremium services to work and be error-free and not be no real backups. If not, I just want a refund of my $25. I tried to pay for the Premium services, but PayPal wouldn’t even put my payment through. Why?
