    Hello,

    I just purchased the updraftplus premium package $70,

    Order #429119

    But it is not going to work, I can not make full backup with WordPress core, it takes a lot of time

    Disgusting, My server is shared, may be this might be issue

    Anyway, i do not want to use the plugin anymore,

    I want to cancel my subscription and get full refund

    Please help me to get refund

    I found the solution to use the plugin

    I don’t need the refund now
