Hi,
Just migrated my site (pretty much successfully) but the images haven’t transferred across, do you have any ideas how I can fix this?
Many thanks,
James

Any chance of having this looked into please? I see other posts have been replied to but this seems to have been missed.
Many thanks,

May 25, 2018 at 3:12 pm #283774Bryle CroduaModeratorHi James,
Apologies for the delay.
To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the migration log?
You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your new site location.
You can send the log file as an attachment or copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ )Best Wishes,

May 25, 2018 at 4:37 pm #283806Dee NutbourneModeratorHi James,
Apologies for the delay.
From the log, it appears that UpdraftPlus is unable to move the old files out of the way.
Please could you check the amount of free disk quota on your hosting account?
If the account is not full, you will need to ask your hosts/server admin to check the file permissions and ownership of the ‘wp-admin’ folder, and make sure that the PHP webuser has full access.
Best Wishes,
David NMay 29, 2018 at 2:41 pm #284458james9ParticipantHi David,
I have spoken with the host, and they reckon there isn’t a problem with storage space?
I just tried to manually upload the images and every single one is failing.
Slight problem as well now is that the previous hosting has expired, when it was supposed to auto-renew.
Thanks in advance,
May 29, 2018 at 4:38 pm #284498Dee NutbourneModeratorHi,
If the images are failing to be manually upload, then there is a permissions or space issue with the hosting.
Do you receive any error messages when uploading manually?
I would also recommend passing on any error messages to your hosts.Best Wishes,
David NMay 31, 2018 at 8:42 am #284883james9ParticipantHi David,
I have now got this working, by re-uploading the whole uploads directory manually, that said, the back-up is now throwing up a lot of errors.
I have the log, but it is too large to transfer using pastebin.
May 31, 2018 at 4:35 pm #284985Dee NutbourneModeratorHi,
