Internal Server Error

I have tried multiple times now to restore a backup to my development site to do some testing on and every time it fails.

I even went so far as to build a new domain and install a clean copy of WordPress with just the Updraft plugin and it still fails.

Is anyone else reporting issues? Is it a 4.6 issue with the plugin?

Can someone please help me resolve this. This is the best backup and restore plugin out there but when it fails it is useless to me.

FYI – I am also getting the Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute. I delete the maintence file to get back into the cms but the restore is never completeed

Hi,

Please can you provide a link to your log file for the problematic restoration? (You can find it in your wp-content/updraft folder on the site).

It’ll be too long to paste into the forum here, but you can download it to your computer, and share it with Dropbox, or paste it in pastebin.com, or any similar service, and post the link here.

Please could you (or your hosts/server admin) also check the PHP error logs? These logs should have a record of the error, with more information.

For the PHP error logs, please ask your host/server admin to check on it. The PHP error log contains information of the issue you are having and your host should be able to help you fix it.
