Issue with the license release

Hello.

I am having issues with the function of releasing a license from websites.

Although the website feinkosthellas.de has been out of business for about six months, it does not appear to have a release option.

I have also disabled the add-on on other websites, but it does not appear to be available for release.
Can you help me?

Hi,

I have successfully released the site licence requested.

Have you, by the way, de-installed the plugin from those sites before deleting? Also, how many days since the plugin was de-installed from those sites? It would actually take at least 30 days.

However, if you are no longer able to do it, then you just need to let us know the site/s, so we can do it on our end.
