Keep 8 Remote Backups and only 1 on the same server

I have successfully setup updraft to backup to amazon s3 on multiple wp installs and everything was running smoothly until I ran out of local disk space. So my problem is I need to limit the number of backups that are saved on the local server vs remote storage because I don’t have enough local space

e.g. Keep 8 Remote Backups and only 1 on the local server??

Any ideas????

Hi Jonathan,

By default, UpdraftPlus doesn’t keep *any* backups on the local server. It has to create the zip files there before despatching them to remote storage – but after despatching them, it deletes the local copies. If you’ve got some local ones left over, then they must be from failed backups – you should delete them manually.

Either that, or I’ve not fully understood the question – please do feel free to clarify!
