For almost 2 weeks now, I don’t manage to find any help, so maybe your will.
I was 1 month on holidays (luck me) but during this period I’ve missed the annual renew of my Premium licence so it is cancelled (the plugin is set up on more than 50 websites).
How I can get the link back because the price is almost half of a new one. And if I subscribe to a new one, do I have to re-set all the websites ? or is the licence linked to my account.
Tx a lot guys if you have the answers or a link to contact someone because as my licence is expired I can’t use the form (I’ve tried via Twitter or the pre-sale form but nobody fixed my issue)

I’ve got a similar issue, although not as big as yours. I have a small premium license and went to renew. It says the status is “Cancelled” and won’t let me renew at the reduced price. I’d like to renew ASAP.

Once you have renewed, system automatically update the list of sites to the new licence.
To renew your access, simply purchase the same product again and select the ‘This is a renewal’ checkbox at checkout (try adding ‘fortyoffrenewal’ coupon code). To buy the same product again, you can either go to the shop and select ‘Subscription’ renewal method.
