Licencing is a nonsense

    OK – I have renewed my licence. Why on earth is the site still nagging me that my licence expires soon?
    Backup is faultless. Useability of the licencing is miserable. You can do much better than this guys.
    I have clicked the ‘if you bought new addons’ link, and done the ‘connect bit too.

    Same problem here. Makes no sense. Support pages take you around in a circle. Order page, account information is vague. This should be simple, but it’s wasting a lot of my time.

    I have checked both your licences and it all have been adjusted properly. Please could you reconnect the plugin in the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab?

    I am livid having to wade through this nonsense forum lookign to see if they haven’t bothered fixing anythign yet.

    Mine is now working fine after reconnecting the plugin in Settings > Premium/Extensions tab

    Mine still isn’t, checked username and passwords, no errors when connecting – just NO LICENCE either.
    Great backup – but the licencing…

    Same problem here. On some sites the the license is working, on other sites I still see
    “Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus. To regain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.”
    What I have tested:
    reconnecting the plugin
    remove & re-install the version from my account download site
