Setting up multisite migration and using one license for the source and the other for the receiver but the receiver doe not see to license assigned to it. Also after migration, the sites migrated do not show up in the site list. Does the license needs to be reassigned if the IP changed?

    Hi Albert,

If it is a Multisite, you will have to activate the license to both sites as UpdraftPlus will not work if the Multisite add-on is not activated.
You can remove/reassign a license later if one of the sites will be taken down.

    Thanks,
    Bryle

    Hi Byle,

YES I thought that was the case. I set one of the URL of the multisite (using Bitnami’s utility — see https://docs.bitnami.com/ibm/apps/wordpress-multisite/configuration/configure-wordpress-multisite/) to one of the licensed URLs that I intended to use for the receiving end of the migration end and as the issue title says, License for domain assigned to the site but [updatft] plugin in the site does not seem to see it. That is the issue. Maybe the license can be reset and reassigned to the receiving site?

    Thanks for your help,
    Albert

I do not have a multisite but the license is not renewed. I paid for my order a month ago

    Hi,

I’ve checked your account and it shows that your licences are good until 2023. Everything is up to date.
May I know what site you are trying to connect?

    Regards,
    Bryle

    Hi Bryle,

Can you assist in getting the migration target (a new multisite instance) to acknowledge its license? As explained previously, it uses the URL of one of the 2 licenses purchased. The other is the migration source.

    Kindest regards,
    Albert Boulanger

    Hi Albert,

May I know what plugin version currenlty installed on your site and what site are you referring to, so I can release/reset the licence?

    Regards,
    Bryle

    Hi @nmavro73,

Please can you reconnect the site to our license server? This is to refresh the connection. After that the expired message should disappear.

    Thanks,
    Bryle
