License renewed but still getting the warning message

Hi,

I have renewed my license but in some of my sites I still get the warning message at the top saying: “Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site will soon expire. To retain your access, and maintain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.”

Same problem. Also, my renewal shows 1 year from today instead of 1 year added to my license. This shorts me about a month.

Hi Diego and Robert,

It appears that our licencing server did not recognise your purchase as a renewal.
I have adjusted your licences, so the renewal message should now disappear. If this does not happen automatically, you can refresh your connection through the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab.

Also the correct license expiration date can be found the “Licences” tab.
