Licenses not working anymore

Hello,

some of my installed licenses don’t work anymore. It always says, get Premium, which I have. But I can’t activate the add-ons.

I have the same issue for a newly created website.

Password reset didn’t work. Would be great to get an official premium support feedback here, as I don’t have backups from heavy running websites atm…

Apologies for the delay.

@Thomas – Please could you follow the ‘refresh the connection to your account’ link in the Premium/Extensions tab? After doing so, do you see a link prompting you to update UpdraftPlus/active add-ons?

If so, what happens if you click that link?

@Jereon – Please could you do the same?

Hi,

I face the same issue. Just resettet my password but still the plugin woun’t let me activate all plugins although im connected to updraftplus.com and have premium.
Please can you assist in solving this?

Hi Marc,

From our records, it appears that your licenses expired in November.

To activate the add-ons, your will need to make a fresh purchase of UpdraftPlus Premium.
