Linking to Updraft vault

I can connect to my updraft vault account but it says in the status window “This site is connected to UpdraftPlus Vault. Well done – there’s nothing more needed to set up.
Vault owner: [email protected]
Quota: Current use: Error: No settings were found (no_settings) – Get more quota – Refresh current status.

So though I’m connected it will not complete a backup. It says that there is an error. Need some assistance please.

Hi Stephen,

What happens if you click on ‘Refresh current status’ ?

If that doesn’t change it, then we’d probably need a WP login to take a closer look (if you mark your reply as ‘private’, then only UD staff can see it).
