List of sites refresh

How do you remove or refresh the list of sites on the “Track the deployment of your add-on purchases” page?

Hi Darren,

All being well, we’ll have something up that prunes no-longer-active sites from developer licensees’ lists of sites in the next week or two. We’ve been making a number of improvements to the licensing server code (we had to write our own – when we launched, nothing decent was available on the market) in the last few days.

Has this been implemented? I shut down a site and would like it removed. I’m not in a hurry, so if the auto-prune is working now, I’ll just wait.

Hi Scott,

Yes, they do get auto-pruned after some amount of time – I can’t tell you off the top of my head what the amount of time is, but we did implement it.

Hi There –

Following up on this, with a bit of a different question…

I had a client site on which they moved to a new vendor, and I no longer have access to the Admin area. The domain still appears in my list, which might indicate that the new vendor hasn’t uninstalled the plug-in.

Can I force-remove the domain from my list?
