Hello everyone,

I would like to clarify my license in my account because I have so many licenses and do not know why they are not clean to delete now the subscription has expired and I can no longer activate the license of 2 websites clean ?
I need help here and also how to manage my licenses in the future because I pay a lot and I don’t think I need it at all.

Hi,

Apologies for the delay your message went into the UpdraftCentral forum rather than UpdraftPlus.
It looks like you had two subscriptions (One for personal and one for Business)
I have cancelled and refunded the Personal licence as you do not need both.
https://www.dr-sonnenschein-aesthetik.de does look like it has an up-to-date licence assigned to it, are you having problems with your backups?
