Migrate website failure

I created a backup of my site(themes,plugins,database,others,uploads)

Here’s the completed log
0393.853 (0) The backup apparently succeeded and is now complete

I logged into my test server
uploaded my backed up files. I attempted restoring everything at once. The backup said successfully completed however the website didnt work.

I restored my test server via a backup(using aws). The restore process worked fine for (themes,plugins,others,uploads). Upon restoring the database(last). My site generated the same non functional white page.

Any help is appreciated

Both folders plugins & themes are renamed.
