Migrated Site to new Url with Problems

Yep, I clicked the wp.config in restoration. Head slap.
I WANTED to migrate an existing site into a new install, different url and keep the new url.
INSTEAD, it migrated no problem, but now switches to the old url name.
I went into ftp and deleted the entire new site, uninstalled and reinstalled a fresh wordpress in cpanel – nothing works.
When I go into the dashboard, it still switches over to the old url and migrated site.
How can I delete the entire new install and begin again?
Or, how can I give it the new install url again? Whichever is easier.

Hi Bonnie,

When you performed the migration, did you choose the ‘Search/Replace database’ option?
