    Hello everyone

Yesterday i bought the UpdraftPlus Migration PlugIn because i have to migrate my live site to a local machine. I’ve made a backup with Updraft on July 30th.
Now i would like to recover from this backup file. When i start backup process everything seems just fine. Some log errors occur because there is a problem with a size. I dont know exactly what this means :-)

When i tried to open the log files for this migration i always get an error.

(See here [The adress is pointing on my nas at home since there is no possibility to share pictures here directly]):

WHen i tried to access my website i always get the message “error establishing a database connection” I checked if the credentials in php-config files are correct and everything is fine.

Can someone help me with this issue?

    Thanks a lot
    Nicolas

    Hi Nicolas,

Did you include the “wp-config.php” file during migration?

To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the migration log?
You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your new site location.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Best Wishes,
    Bryle
