Please could you clarify where in the migration process the issue is occurring?
If it is during the restoration, please could you send us a copy of the restoration log?
This can be found in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of the new site via FTP.

From the log, it appears that the restoration completed correctly.
However, I can see that you are using the Better WordPress Minify plugin. This appears to be attempting to load a cached version of the style sheets and script.
