Migration not working

    I’ve had no trouble using the migration feature in the past. I even recommended it to someone today! But for some reason, I’m trying to migrate a site, and it appears to only be sending over one folder. Or maybe one folder at a time? I checked all the boxes on the sending site, but on the receiving site, it only showed Plugins. So I ran the migration again. This time it only shows Themes. Am I doing something wrong?

    Hi William,

    Try clicking the ‘Rescan local storage’ link in the ‘Existing Backups’ tab on the destination site – does that show any more? If not, please post a link to your log file from the send operation, so that we can take a look.

    I did try the rescan and that didn’t yield any results. However, after trying the migration a third time, it worked.

    Hi William,

    It sounds like there may have been a temporary connection problem between the two sites.
