Migration works only the first time

Hello there,

the situation: migration from local mac -> to site in the www
1.) backup #1
2.) generating key on target site
3.) inserting key on local site
4.) uploading backup #1 to target site
5.) restoring backup #1 on target site

works fine, BUT ONLY ONE TIME:

2.) backup #2
4.) upload backup #2 to target site DOESN’T WORK

-> after clicking on the send button, nothing happens.

I uploaded the backup then manually then via ftp, but this is not so comfortable.

Any ideas?

Then your CSS is not ok, there is always a black line in the modal windows.

Hi Jochen,

Please could you send us a copy of the restoration log for the first migration? This can be found in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of the destination site.

The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

Is there a way to select the files to upload/migrate more precisely? E.G, only the changed items, or only some special folder in /uploads?

Hi Jochen,

I’m afraid that the restoration will restore everything in the selected backup files. There is not currently a method to select specific files/folders.
