    So does the licence mean I can’t install an old copy of migrator on a new site after 12 months is up. There is simply no option to activate migrator

    Hi,

    That’s right – as in the product description – “12 months of access to make fresh installs (existing installs can continue to be used forever)” ( https://updraftplus.com/shop/migrator/ ).
