Migrator issues with bedrock

Are there any documented issues or specific workflow when working with WordPress websites developed using Bedrock?
I am asking because I did a migration from an environment running bedrock, for WP development, and the links were all wrong. The developer tells me that the issue is Updraft.

Hi David,

I can’t remember getting any recent reports of issues with UpdraftPlus and using bedrock environment.

For us to check, can you please send us a copy of the migration log?
You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your new site location.
You can send the log file as an attachment or copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ )
