Multisite restoration, but UpdraftPlus consideres it a migration

Hi there!

I need to build a multisite with (for the moment) 1 main site and 2 subsites.

I acquired a SSL certificate but at first it was valid only for the main site. Therefore my main site was https://wwww.mymainsite.com and my two subsites were https://subsite1.mymainsite.com/ and https://subsite2.mymainsite.com/

I installed UpdraftPlus and activated it for the network. I acquired “UpdraftPlus: Multisite/Network”. I tested it a couple of times and it worked OK. Perfect!

Then I obtained a SSL WildCard, so that my two subsites turned into https://subsite1.mymainsite.com/ and https://subsite2.mymainsite.com/

Six days ago I needed to restore my multisite. I chose all the components to restore. When the process needed to prepare the backup files, I was warned:

Backup of: https://wwww.mymainsite.com [Notice that it doesn’t read https]
Warning: This backup set is from a different site – this is not a restoration, but a migration. You need the Migrator add-on in order to make this work.

The restoration of the main site was unsuccessful. It missed specially a lot of appearance information.

Could you be so kind to advice me on how to proceed? Tell me that I don’t need to restart my multisite…

This can be found in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of the site via FTP.
