    Hello,
    I have fresh Plus licence – bought today.
    On the licence tab in my account at updraftplus.com there are 2 sections informing about my licences status.

    In the first one there is a title “UpdraftPlus : All addons” and below there is said:

    Assigned: https://subdomain.site.1
    Update subscription expires: 2021-11-25. Last check-in: 2020-11-25 18:33:47.
    You have 1 available licence (total unexpired licences: 2)
    Update subscription expires: 2021-11-25.

    In the second section named “UpdraftPlus : Migrate a WordPress site to a different location.” there is said:

    Assigned: https://site.1
    Update subscription expires: 2021-11-25. Last check-in: 2020-11-25 18:42:27.
    Assigned: https://subdomain.site.1
    Update subscription expires: 2021-11-25. Last check-in: 2020-11-25 18:33:47.
    You have an unlimited entitlement
    Update subscription expires: 2021-11-25. (2 times)

    How to make it wok on both sites in ALL ADDONS mode?
    For me site.1 is the priority while I have use only migrate plugin addon there.

    Hi,

    The last digit in a 4-part version number is the number of installed add-ons. If you have 2.16.40.24, that means you have 24 add-on/s installed.

    The most common values are:
    .0 – No add-ons installed
    .1 – A single add-on installed
    .24 – All add-ons installed (full Premium)

    Could you please try to reconnect the plugin by entering your username and password in the “Premium/Extensions” tab?

    Thank you for this tip about last digits in version number indicating addons. This allowed me to solve my problem in the way as follows:

    On https://subdomain.site.1 I had/have version 2.16.40.24 and on https://site.1 there was 2.16.40.1

    I cleared all settings from plugin on https://site.1 (2.16.40.1) and removed it, then downloaded version 2.16.40.24 from https://subdomain.site.1 by FTP, uploaded it to https://site.1, activated, and voila! I even didn’t have to reconnect, anyway, I did again.

    But… What if I didn’t have 2.16.40.24 on https://subdomain.site.1 at hand? There is no any choice to download Plus in this version or another from your site. There is only 1 Plus plugin.

    Regarding your question what I did yesterday, before writing my post here:
    1. I’ve cleared all settings from 2.16.40.1 on https://site.1
    2. Plugin removed.
    3. Downloaded Plus from your site, uploaded and activated.
    4. Reconnected (it didn’t solve).
    5. Changed password on my account.
    6. Reconnected again – still didn’t solve.
    This is why I asked for help.

    Issues which I am still experiencing:
    – On My Account/Licenses I can still see the same information as I quoted in my first post. Nothing is being updated while 2.16.40.24 seems to be connected and working on both sites.
    – On site https://site.1 I can see annoying warning like this: “Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for 1 add-ons on this site has expired. To regain access…”

    For the https://site.1, can you check in the “Premium/Extensions” tab if you are able to click on the “Activate on this site” link for “All add-ons”? Can you also let me know which specific site is this please? You can still set your reply as private if you want.
