My renewal hasn’t taken effect

I renewed my subscription for Updraft Premium in September, a couple of months before it expired. While it is still making scheduled backups it is no longer doing backups before updates, a premium feature. Looking in my account it seems I have 10 unexpired licences, and I see an expired license for the website I care about, baynordic.org. I can see in the Premium/Extensions tab that the account is connected. But it shows that I am supposed to follow some links to update. When I follow them I just end up on the plugins page again.

How do I get my Premium renewal enabled on my site?

Apologies,
It appears that old/expired licences are stuck. I have adjusted your licences, so the renewal message should now disappear. If this does not happen automatically, you can refresh your connection through the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab.
