My renewal won't licence – am I missing something?

I’ve recently renewed and it hasn’t seemed to relicence OK. I get this on the my purchases page:

UpdraftPlus : All addons
You’ve got it UpdraftPlus Premium : brings access to all UpdraftPlus add-ons and support.
Expired updates subscription (2017-11-11) on: Unusued entitlement

And I’m connected to Updraft but the licencee won’t register. I’ve also bought the multi-site upgrade and that hasn’t registered either.

Am I missing something? Another thread seems to have similar – I wondered if mine was similar and hadn’t registered as a renewal?

Hi,

From our records, the licenses appear to have renewed correctly now. It appears that there was a delay with the payment, and the order had not completed at the time.

Please could you refresh the connection to your account, through the UpdraftPlus Premium/Extensions tab.

UpdraftPlus Premium Developer contains all add-ons, so the separate Multisite add-on is not required unless you specifically require it.
If you do not need the extra add-on licenses, please could you open a support ticket and we can provide a refund:
