need migrator zip

I couldn’t install the updraft plugin via the wordpress backend, it wouldnt accept my ftp credentials. So i did it with filezilla were there was no issue. im trying add the migrator since i have a multisite but i wont activate. I have feeling it may have to do with my initial issue but i dont have a seperate plugin for the migrator tool that i can put in the wp-plugins folder like i did the inital install.

I did install it on a another site and had no issues, all the addons installed fine, can i get a copy of the migrator zip and install that way?

Hi Raymond,

I’ve replied to your support ticket, and sent you the zip.

The support tickets and forum alerts go into the same queue – it’s best just to use one or the other, if possible. (Though if you’re in doubt that your support ticket got through, or fear that a reply got eaten by your spam filters, then the support forum is the best option at that point).
