Need Restore Directions

I need to restore the plugins backup on one of my sites.
I cannot find the instructions to do this. The instructions in your FAQ area do not seem to match what I have on my UpDraftPlus on my site. Under Restore it appears that all I can do is to download the backup file but cannot find any way to actually restore the backup to the site.

I would really appreciate help with this.

We have a step-by-step guide available here:

In the Existing Backups tab, you should see a button to restore next to the backup set.
