Need to restore from saved Updraft backup but not working

Hi Support,

Plugin messed-up my whole site so tried restore with updraft backup by browser – did not work as site looks all wrong. My host ipage only got a weekly backup losing a lot of work also on different other sites which is at same VPS server. I have this updraft backup of my site from correct timestamp and really need it to be restored only for this site. I don’t know about the manual or FTP restoring but I need support on this. I can provide all needed info for backup files, site access ect. Please help on this one – actually just bought support for this reason.

When you do so, please include details on how we can access your backup set(s), and how to access your webspace (i.e. usernames/passwords).
