Hello, just a short question, i’ve owned the unlimited premium package and now i was noticed that a new add-on is out (Google Cloud) and i tried to integrate it in my package, but it always leads me to the shop and shows me the prize though the premium package says: “a year of upgrades, including new add-ons (no extra cost!) when they become available”.

What i’m doing wrong (I’m logged in) or was this (above) a missinformation?

    Thanks
    Markus

    Hi Markus,

Update to the current version, and you will have it. The current version is 2.11.15.x. You can get it from your account page, at: https://updraftplus.com/my-account/

    Hello, thanks for the info.
One more question, i’ve tried the update yesterday within the plugin over the update-alert and afterwards (in my case) the ftp backup doesn’t work anymore. It says something about ftp_fget (i guess), ftp_sys and that it’s unable to write a file in the target destination (with the same settings then before). And also the Selection-Field of the different backup-destinations was gone, replaced by a drop down field (beginning with FTP).

Have i done something wrong? Or is the inner-plugin update just a partial update and not the whole PlusPremium plugin?

Today when i deleted the plugin and installed the downloaded full PremiumPlus version (2.11.15) everything worked again as well.

My question is, shall i restrict automatic updates for this plugin or where was my mistake?
    Thanks
    Markus

    Hi Markus,

It appears that the update you attempted was interrupted, and updated to the free version instead of the paid version.

I would suggest keeping automatic updates enabled for now, and monitor whether this happens again.
