    Hi
    I’ve just purchased Premium and set up my OneDrive – as per the instructions. I’ve just forced a backup which tells me my backup was successful.

    When I go to look on my OneDrive I can’t find the backup which is worrying me.
    Any help on this would be much appreciated.

    Hi Alan,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log? This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.

    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Hi Alan,

    From the log, it does not appear that there were any errors in uploading the files.

    The backups were sent to the backups/gdpr360.info subfolder.

    Also, do you use multiple OneDrive accounts? It is possible that the wrong OneDrive account was logged in when you authenticated. If so, please could you check your other accounts?
