May 13, 2015 at 2:37 pm #116853udadminKeymasterHi Niclas,
Please can you de-install UpdraftPlus, and then re-install from a fresh download. I’ve added a small tweak to log more information. So, it will still fail – but there should be a different error message. (The UD version will also be the same).

May 18, 2015 at 12:46 pm #117172udadminKeymasterHi,
Sorry – I think I replied to this and then we accidentally deleted the reply when testing the forum. Or something of that kind…
If you go to the ‘expert/debugging’ tab in UpdraftPlus, can you copy+paste the system information shown there? (Or just screenshot the top part of the tab). Also – who is your web hosting company? Are all the sites you have had this problem on with the same web hosting company?

The other domain with the same problem was on a VPS hosted by Ipeer.se.//Niclas Lundin
May 18, 2015 at 5:35 pm #117193udadminKeymasterHi,
What’s logged in your PHP error log when you make the authentication attempt? (If you don’t have a PHP error log, then please configure one).
If you were able to send us an FTP + WP login to use on a site that’s not working, that’d really help us to be able to debug it faster. (You can send credentials in a private reply – tick the ‘Set as private reply’ box when replying, and then only we can see it).

Thank you. Please log in and try again now.
I think it is something to do with either the curl version, or an open_basedir restriction in the PHP setup.
I have made some tweaks, and succeeded in authenticating to my OneDrive account. I have wiped the settings now so that you can try with yours. (I authenticated but did not try a backup).
Best wishes,

How do I Implement the change on the other server?

May 18, 2015 at 7:31 pm #117201udadminKeymasterGreat! Just de-install UpdraftPlus and re-install it – the version that’ll get downloaded has the tweak in it.
Best wishes,
