This happens when a security module on the webserver – e.g. mod_security or Suhosin – decides to strip out some of the information that came back from the authorisation process, on the grounds that it looked long and different from normal traffic. You need to disable any such modules, or ask your web server administrator to do so.
I think it can also happen if there is an outgoing firewall on the webserver that prevents traffic reaching OneDrive. (Separate from whether your web browser can reach OneDrive, which it can, to get this far).
