    Hi there,

    I just purchased the OneDrive Backup Plugin and noticed that when the backup files are moved over to OneDrive into folder eg. “<OneDrive Root>/Backup Folder/My Website/”, they are really moved to “<OneDrive Root>/Backup+Folder/My+Website/”. It seems the plugin does not support spaces ” ” in the folder path and instead replaces them with “+”.

    This is quite bothersome since my “<root>/Backup Folder/” is shared with other users who need to be able to grab the backups if needed, and I cannot give them full access to all folders in my root.

    What to do?

    Hi Patrick,

    This issue should have been fixed a few versions ago. I also made a few test on my local machine and could not replicate this issue. What version of UpdraftPlus is currently installed?

    Can you also send me a screenshot of your OneDrive Settings please?

    Hi Patrick,

    Can you try to remove the folder that has “+” and re-authenticate your OneDrive storage?

    Do you still get the same issue?

    I did a reset and removed the “+” folders, now things seem to work fine.

    Hi David,

    The issue has reoccured and I now have again a “+” folder with the latest backups… This is becoming a little annoying as I am in the development stage of my website and now have to manually move backups all the time as the team needs to often fallback on the data.

    How long until I can expect the new version to be released please?
