Only database is backed up to dropbox

I added another screenshot, where you can see that backup was no incremental, check out “no-incremental-backup.png”.

You are saying “Backing up the way that you are is really not how the plugin is supposed to be used.” but our company wants to perform backups in that way: settings that you can see in screenshots. We were happily using Updraft plus. In our case we need full backups, because if something happens we need full backups to perform manual restore on other hosting (long story).

Going back to your “Backing up the way that you are is really not how the plugin is supposed to be used.” – does this mean that you can’t help me and I should search for another plugin?

Do you think it could be useful if we try to organize a videocall o some other live remote session to understand each other better and I can show you all the other sites where we perform backups “in our “wrong” way” and we are happy about it?

The log says that the backup completed and uploaded to dropbox, I assume you do not see the files in your Dropbox?
Is there any way I can log in and take a look?

Backed up files in case of antartika.it are on Dropbox, while in case of nanosystem.it (reason why I opened this ticket) only database arrives to Dropbox and files do not, that is the major problem.

Are you asking if you can log and take a look to nanosystem.it or to antartika.it? Let me know, so I’ll prepare a temporary admin user for you.
