'others' zip won't restore

Hi,

I have a problem when I am migrating my site. I am just trying to do a backup check, by migrating my current site onto my local server, so I can make sure the back & restoration is working properly.

Unfortunately I am getting an error at the ‘others’ zip. It won’t restore – telling me ‘restore failed’. I have checked your FAQ on what to do, but none of the solutions worked. (trying to find out if the zip is corrupted and by redownloading and uploading it in various ways. Nothing has worked so far).

Hi Kim,

From the log, it appears that the Others backup has been corrupted. Could you try taking a fresh backup of just the Others section, and restoring that backup on the new site?
