Paid access warning even I did renovation some days ago

Hi,

Days ago I renewed my updraft plus license (Premium – the whole package), bu WordPress in all of my pages stil says: “Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site will soon expire. To retain your access, and maintain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.”

Plugin is up to date: v.2.16.3.24

Now I’m a bit worried since I have UP in many pages…

Apologies, according to our records, your latest purchase was for the 35-site Agency licence.
As such, your unlimited licence was not renewed.

Hi David,

Ok, I asked for your assignment in the support request.

I don’t really understand what happen, it’s not the first time I renew my license for the unlimited licence, but never had any problem. I definitely did not ask for a Agency licence!? I also always got the 40% off discount for renewal.
