Paid for renewal but still says expired

    Hi

    I paid for the renewal of my UpdraftPlus Premium but I still get the following message in my dashboard:

    Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for 1 add-ons on this site has expired. To regain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.

    How do I remove this?
    Thanks!

    PS: My Order-Number was #603907 (June 22, 2020)

    Hi,

    Apologies. It appears that our licencing server did not recognise your purchase as a renewal.
    I have adjusted your licences, so the renewal message should now disappear. If this does not happen automatically, you can refresh your connection through the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab.
