Premium not allowing me to add another site.

We have the Enterprise license, but I’m not able to add another site to my account. I get the popup error:

“Claim not granted – perhaps you have already used this purchase somewhere else, or your paid period for downloading from updraftplus.com has expired?”

I’m confused, Please advise

Thank for the reply. I noticed that our subscription was set to renew on 5/4, my above message was a day earlier on 5/3. In the account area, I did not have the “download” section, it is showing now. It appears that the UpDraft system was somehow lagging due to the auto renew and timing. I was just able to add the site to our account with no error.

Everything seems to be resolved on our end.
