Problem restoring/migrating

I have moved servers and am attempting to restore/migrate a backup of my WP site.

I seem to successfully restore everything except the DB file, even the very large upload file. But when I try to restore/migrate the DB file, after a fairly long wait, nothing much has happened.

Note the word “much”. My user accounts have been activated. But not the very many posts, huge number of media files, or posts.

I’m not sure which is the log file, I’m hoping I’ll get an option to attach files when I save this.

Umm, I’ve seen other posts with attached files, how do I do that?

Hi David,

You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your new site location.
You can send the log file as an attachment or copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ )

Please advise where/how to attach the file. You say it can be sent as an attachment. But, as I said above, I don’t see how to do so.
