Purchased add on not appearing

I am an Updraft Premium user. I just purchased UpdraftClone Tokens – 5 tokens, One Time Purchase × 1. I completed step 3 of the instructions and logged in. The All Addons box is there but no link to move onto step #4 to claim on my site. I have tried refreshing with no luck, tried another browser with no luck. How do I continue please?

Hi,

Please can you reconnect the sites to UpdraftPlus.com licence server? This is done by entering your username and password in the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab? After connecting the plugin, activate ‘All add-ons’ by clicking on the “Activate on this site” link and Updraftplus will prompt you to update the plugin to complete the process. You should also have 2.15.7.24 as the plugin version.
