Question on renewal pricing/nag notice on all our sites

Hi
First, I see that the nag renewal notice that all our clients are panicking about is a bug – please get this fixed sooner rather than later.
Second – we thought we would renew our subscription to hopefully get rid of it, but when we ciick to renew, the price isn’t correct. It should be $117, but is showing as $195. How do we process our renewal early so we can get rid of these notices?

Hi,

I’m afraid this is a bug for our UpdraftPlus subscription license. We are still working on a fix for this but this should only happen on your first year. Your subscription will auto renew on September 23, 2020. If you want, we can trigger the renewal early so it removes the message on your websites. Please let me know if you want to do that.

Please trigger the renewal early, but please confirm that the correct price of $117 will be charged and that we won’t lose 2 weeks of our subscription window.
